How do you charge for your services?
- When We meet with you, our first concern is making sure we understand why you want to do your project, what you have envisioned, what is needed and your level of investment in the project. We take time to evaluate your wish list and priorities, and develop a Value Based Fee proposal that fits your needs and your budget. Our clients love this model because they decide up front exactly how much they’re comfortable investing, and know that the project will not exceed that amount.
How will I know that what I envision would be heard and understood?
- We’re here for you, our number one goal is to make sure we have great communication. We value your input and repeat it back to you for confirmation. We show you visuals ensuring our understanding of your vision for your approval. Because of this, our clients feel comfortable working with us and trust in our design process.
What if I’m not sure about what I want or need?
- No worries. During our consultation and throughout the process we’ll ask a series of questions and use different methodologies to uncover what your likes, dislikes, wants and needs are. Being patient, understanding, and thorough has helped us help our clients. Our clients feel relieved knowing that we “get them”, even when they don’t get themselves.
